Well, Do you have any experience? We cannot teach you sorry because I actually dont have any. we currently have one Oral translator who can translate anime but not Mangas. We have a video editor who does our subs. We need a Translator who can translate mangas. I am not sure what you can do. And thanks for the Welcoming!

if you can translate Japanese words then you are welcome!!

The reason why I cannot teach how to sub is because our lead Subber Editor does it using Adobe and Final Cut pro software, while I do it the other way. if you would like to learn to sub his way you will need to talk to him which can be done by going to our IRC irc://irc.rizon.net/ASR1

if you would like to be in the Manga Division, I can help you.

We use GIMP and Photoshop to Clean the manga. This means, Delete all jpn our of the boxes. If you cannot remove the jpn from places likes Sand or Heads then we can help you. well then, once we have removed them. we give the clean pds files to our translator. We give him the font we want and using photoshop and or GIMP he writes on the clean Bubbles! of course he gets the RAW which has the Jpn and the clean one, so he can read and type it in. We are currently working on TomeHane! Yume something and LOL and Spice and Wolf OVA (we plan to the first people to release it) We have a really good Video Editor( dont mind the translation, as he did this before we could find translator but we mangage!) https://dl.getdropbox.com/u/124722/Sequence%201%20(YouTube%20WS).mov

thats an example of work. it looks bad because it wasnt 720 it was taken from y outube. go here http://asrkurou.wordpress.com/ to look at our manga examples
